At the foot of the Luberon, in a rural community of 130 residents, we are working for 30 years as a family for a natural balance,
producing a human scale, a preserved art of living.
Our area includes today one block of 12 hectares, buildings, vineyards and a large wood which ensures oxygenation and biodiversity of the site. Exploitation includes 2.5 hectares of table grapes
(Muscat of Hamburg, Alphonse Lavallée, Ribol, Valensi), 2.5 acres of wine grapes (Grenache, Syrah, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc) in organic farming since 1986 .
Table grape producer and grape juice until then, we've had this year our first steps in the wine cellar with an installation particulièreen 2009. We produce 2.5 acres of wine grapes in organic
farming using methods traditional and completely natural: the grapes are picked up at good maturity, by hand in small boxes, de-stemmed and crushed on site. Winemaking occurs naturally without any
product or intake. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months to 2 years in our cellars. Bottling is done on site.
With our winery, we can get to the area to explain our work. Over the seasons, the work of
the vineyard up tasting our wines we try to show our visitors and vacationers passion and respect for nature. On the farm we have, for 10 years, 2 gites in France with pool enjoying the peace and
friendliness of the area in a preserved.
